    Just heard this from PJ Fleck: “A Golf ball was originally made smooth, golfers would hit it & put dents in it & they discovered the more dents in it the farther the ball would go. Dents in your life can help you go farther. Failure is growth! Don’t be afraid to fail!”

    Great staff visit to @OU_Football yesterday for their clinic. The energy and passion of Coach Venables & his entire staff is just different! OU is in great hands! I was fired up leaving yesterday!

    Lessons I have learned: Do u love football? It’s easy to love Friday Night Lights! But do u love Saturday recoveries, Monday scouting reports, & Tuesday- Thursday practice? Do u love the weight room? There’s a big difference between love & like & both r ok! Just know who u are!

    Not meaning to offended anyone but too many guys always have the answers. I have been 13-1 and I have been 2-8. What I have learned is I am way more intent on relationships & building than I am on other things. I am a constant learner but I also know if I have then pen last i win
