    Heartbroken to hear of the passing of @RamapoAthletics senior soccer player and track & field runner Ben Landel. There are no words. He is already missed. In his honor, do something nice to/for somebody today. It's what Ben would have done. #BenStrong #Bars4Ben #RIP

    Again, instead of showing leadership, the @NJSIAA cites the reasons/excuses that it won't lead...All rules and protocols aside, is this the image of New Jersey High School sports that we want to project? Even if all rules were followed, is this in any way OK?

    I want the press release to say that it is not OK for a kid to be shamed like this under any circumstances. Don't need a roadmap of the appeals process. Better approach: "This is wrong, we will take care of it. We are the governing body of New Jersey High School athletics."

    More sad news to pass along as @NVOT_Athletics Athletic Director Tom Kaechele passed away this morning. Gonna throw on @GratefulDead's 5/8/77 Cornell, NY show in honor of my lost friend. Safe passage Tom.

    An 85 year old Paterson resident has received numerous citations from the city about the upkeep of her property. Our young men got together to take care of that for her. We must take care of ours! 💙🧡#Paterson #Eastside #AllUsWe

    Hillsdale, the NJ state 10U Little League champ, defeated Canal (DE), 9-2, to claim the Mid-Atlantic Regional Title.  With no formal "World Series" at the 10U level, the final game was vs. Host team & New England champ Cranston, RI. Hillsdale won 3-0 to claim Eastern Reg. Title

    Biggest High School sports fan I have ever met and also a veteran and a gentleman. He will be sorely missed around here. Every gym should leave a seat open in the top row for Mick as a tribute this season. #RIP Mick.

    Many of you won’t know this man personally but he knew you, an Encyclopedia of Bergen County Sports for the past 75 years Mickey Saunders,died tonight at age 89....a true friend and fan of all players/coaches around the county, a friend since childhood RIP Mick and Thank You!!!
