- This is a result of the character and culture that is happening at the ridge. First class guys are a result of a first class coach !This is how my team left the dugout after a tough loss to end our season. It was a tough day where a number of things didn’t go our way and they still left the field like this—without me telling them to do so. Proud of my guys for fighting until the last out.
