    Coach Al Carius started coaching at NCC in the Fall of 1966. He has coached 19 National Championship teams for Cross Country (the most of any coach in any division), 11 National Titles in Track & Field, and coached 526 All-Americans and 61 individual and relay National Champions.

    13:51.40 for Dhruvil good for 12th overall against a loaded D1 field! Just missed the national record by 1.4 seconds but set a 7 second PR and all-time school record in the process. #WeAreNC
