I think there is a difference in stories of someone who is born with a disability and grappling with that in a story vs someone who becomes disabled in the story. Because those are 2 entirely different experiences that yield entirely different results for a character journey.
Fake fan true fans know that Nolan definitely did true pacifist first but Bailey told him about Geno after and he tried it out after that man is one of the most compassionate people ever
I know it's probably literally nothing, but I find it funny how Wicabel is so randomly important. Aurafarming like the Knight. Using the old UT battle sprites for no real reason. So cool for what lol
> Toby Fox is willing to acknowledge fan theories and ideas in Deltarune as shown by Cowboy Mike in Ch 4
> Within the past few years a huge UT fangame was release and was so good/popular people see it as canon
> Flower King Chapter 5
> Asgore has Flowers that represent the souls
Dirk thinking he's a freak for having a crush on Jake meanwhile Jake is having fantasies of his robot version beating him up and he has a pretty one to one clone of him in his brain that calls him his boyfriend and would literally kill for him
Toby doesn't need to confirm Alphys to be bi, because it is obvious. But with Kris, I think it's much less clear. Again, I have nothing against them being non-binary. I just don't think that's the case. Apart from the use of they/them, there's no evidence I can think of.
I feel like Homestuck isn't brought up enough in conversations on what inspired/influenced Undertale & Deltarune nowadays. Obviously they have a separate identity but Homestuck had a huge influence on Toby that it's a shame most Undertale fans don't like HS :(
