    Although Havertz has been very good at CF, don't forget that the only reason we had to bring in Merino is because spending £65m on Havertz to be LCM turned out to be a massive flop. And the only reason Havertz got a chance at CF was because £45m Jesus was a flop too...

    🚨🔴⚪️ Mikel Merino to Arsenal, here we go! Verbal agreement in place for Spanish midfielder to join Gunners. €32m plus €5m add-ons with favorable payment terms. Contract until 2028. Arsenal were closing in on Merino deal since end of July, Merino only wanted Arsenal. 🧘🏼‍♂️🇪🇸

    We saw Fabregas, Nasri, RVP, Adebayor, Song and others leave 'project youth' because players aren't willing to wait years for success, but still our fans think project youth with a much worse manager is the way forward 😂

    Eddie Howe has come in and shown everyone that Arteta's process was a massive scam. He inherited a squad destined for relegation and took them to the UCL in one year. We were told it was a process that takes 3 years.

    Arteta took over a team that finished 5th by one point, had a defence of Lichtensteiner, Sokratis, Mustafi and Kolasinac, spent £220m on top and apparently wanting top 4 is unreasonable loool

    I'm not particularly high or low on Arteta but it feels like people on here have created their own unreasonable expectation that Arsenal should be in the Top 4 and are now criticizing Arteta for not being able to achieve that
