Unboxed more treasure…I kept a video diary of the 2002 World Cup 🇮🇪 and recorded hours of footage, it was a great bit of fun. The camera passed to lads injured to record training/ downtime and even the moments just before, and just after, Roy and Mick had their fall out…

De Klassieker today as 2nd placed @AFCAjax hosted 1st @Feyenoord-just three points separated them- winning away v Ajax in the @eredivisie is rare for Feyenoord, only 3 times in 36 yrs,make that 4 now, below in 2001 as we won 3-4 and I bagged a couple- 20,000 fans at De Kuip now

Best of luck to @SunderlandAFC tonight against Luton Town- fingers crossed for a result like the one in May 2007 as we won 0-5, I grabbed the last goal, and we secured the @SkyBetChamp- two bairns born in Sunderland Royal and the north east will always hold a special place- 🤞

Roma spent around €1.4 billion since 2000-Feyenoord again running them close- incredible against the odds achievement by @Feyenoord to once more be competing at such a high level after selling the likes of Sinisterra, Senesi and Malacia from the side that lost narrowly in May 🔝

I have been asked how many times I went to Lansdowne Road as a child- I never did- though I could tell you how many times I was at the GAA pitches of London/ Ireland, too many to mention…here with my late dad and his three brothers togged out for Brian Borus,me in my 80s jumper!

27 years ago today! Honour to represent @Feyenoord in the @ChampionsLeague at Old Trafford, a few months out of my teens. Tough group with Juventus too. Win v Juve at home was special, Zidane, Del Piero, Deschamps etc, I was sub for that. Veel succes today v @SLBenfica 🤝

I know Wilson will look to make amends and the @SunderlandAFC fans will back him to do so. His comments show he cares. The best thing to do is support him and know he took the responsibility. That character will be vital for the rest of the season for @SunderlandAFC 🤞

But why Vardy? Are you mad? Is it for the shopping? Rotterdam has the Lijnbaan..you could have played for the most incredible @Feyenoord fans, every other week playing at the most historic stadium, on the best pitch(voted for every year for 10 years? How could you turn that down
