Probably the worst kept 🤫, a handful of the #vevefam had been provided access to assist with load testing MCP functions, warts and all 🐞 As a result, we have been able to identity several kinks and will set to work addressing them. Very grateful for the assist #teamwork 🙌

PSA: Ranks and Levels are mutually exclusive Levels are like experience bars in a game, only goes up MCP points accumulate daily, towards levels. Can be spent on benefits Ranks are assigned based on MCP points accumulated over 24h and go up and down daily relative to others

Balance is the operative word of the day. All areas of the Loyalty Programme are constantly being balanced. OMI rewards tiers are designed to incrementally enhance collection based MCP Point accumulation. They are not in competition. Today is Day 1 for the system.
