What else do you expect from California? How can you keep businesses with all this: People steal and it’s normalized. Property taxes are through the roof. Sales tax sky high. Corporate taxes are top of their class.

The HOA on this is 1,750 easy. This is extremely manipulated. Property taxes are about to double as well as Chicagos mayor Johnson is a few billion in the red with the budget.
