- No. 2 son has just finished his RMIT boot making course. His final project was some retro boots. #rmitbootmaking
- Just had a PCR test in Bendigo. It’s hot and humid here! Everybody is wrapped in plastic and yet,the nurses were wonderful! They make a truely great contribution to our society. They are the ones who should be receiving OAM’s, not Gina Rhinehart for her contribution to avarice.✊
- I’ve always been a news junkie. Papers, radio and the tele. ABC evening news has been my favourite has been my favourite for a long time. Last night I couldn’t watch it. The vitriol and misinformation about Dan Andrews’s retirement broke me. Disgusting! #thisisnotnews

- Tony Abbott introduced the copayment tax for visiting a doctor. Initially $7. The last time I went to doctors it cost $38. This is the creeping erosion of our “free” healthcare system. 😡

- After watching the ABC news tonight it would appear that the level of abuse directed at Stan Grant escalated after his appearance on the coronation programme. He spoke the truth as far as I can see.

- No. 1 son is on a five day ride after just finishing his nursing degree last week, has just informed me that he has been offered a position at Royal Melbourne Hospital to do his graduation year. Both parents doing well!👏👏
- No.1 son was cycling to work at RMH at 6.30am. Top of Swanston St, he misjudged the tram tracks, his front wheel lodged in tracks and he was catapulted over handlebars. Hit his head,shlder, injured leg. Not 1 person standing in a group nearby checked on him, they just laughed.😞
- The highlight of Nemesis for me was Michaelia Cash unable to say the word “fractious!” I found it very amusing that she said “fractuious”! A solicitor who is poor at english!😳
