- So after 6 years, today is my last day working in the Academy at @gloucesterrugby I have had an amazing time, and worked with some quality people over this period. I am proud of what has been achieved, both on and off the pitch, and thank everyone for their support and help.

- In what has been a period of challenges personally, small victories are massive positives! I can remember the day my Mum told us she had Breast Cancer. Today she was finally discharged from Hospital, all clear. Great news going into Mother's Day.
- Within the @GlosRugby_Acad U16s, we make sure that we use both linear and lateral progressions, when controlling body movements. These type of prep exercises will assist in understanding what movements 'feel' like; and when we get in the racks, they have to ustand how they feel.
00:00 - So after 3 years in @SaleSharksAcad ๐ฆ, I am moving on. Not sure if this is a pause or a reset for me moving forwards? Been so fortunate to have now worked in 3 amazing Academy Environments ๐ ๐๐ฆ over the last 17 years, with some amazing Coaches and some talented young players.
- Massive thanks to @WiganWarriorsRL and all their staff for making a special moment for my Grandad. Treated amazingly, and special thanks to the people who let him sit in their box. Def a moment he will cherish and remember with the rest of the family. #WWRL
- First time for some of the new @GlosRugby_Acad lads to be put through their paces, with a work capacity session. Great intent from all of them, and a good starting point to build on. Drive intensity in different ways.

- My son just sent me this of @barton0711 being congratulated by the boss. And a mate sent the other, of 3 @GlosRugby_Acad lads playing in the @ChampionsCup Most important part of both pictures is smiles on the faces at Kingsholm.
