I actually have tears in my eyes. You ALL did this. I’m so proud of what you’ve achieved. Tonight this great country has drawn a line in the sand with a million people BackingBritishFarming #ThankYouSoMuch campaigns.nfuonline.com/page/56262/pet…

A brilliant meeting with @JeremyClarkson discussing trade deals, Ag policy, challenges and opportunities for #BackingBritishFarming as well as the high and lows of running a farm shop! Also great to meet Kaleb and Lisa a truly #TopTeam 🐑🧑‍🌾🐖

My piece in the Mail on Sunday today 👇

Unbelievable from @Jacob_Rees_Mogg - an absolute desire to annihilate British Ag - totally & utterly morally bankrupt. One thing’s for certain the Aussies would have deported him if he were representing them.
Jacob Rees Mogg: "I want cheaper food. I want hormone injected beef from Australia. I've eaten beef in Australia, it's delicious. There's nothing wrong with it."

I’m asking the question of ⁦@RishiSunak⁩ and ⁦@trussliz⁩ - who will be the PM to Back British Farming? It’s high time government took food seriously; UK Food Security should matter just as much as Energy Security. Please RT 🐄🐑🥕🌾

It’s official, one of us is clearly living in a #ParallelUniverse
"In terms of the reductions that we're making to the subsidy payments, farmers have more than recouped that through the increased income they've been getting for the produce they've been growing" - Environment Secretary George Eustice.

Front page of the Sun. At the moment the Gold medal for #BackingBritishFarming goes to ⁦@Morrisons⁩ Not only have I had various members of the Ag team on the phone. I also took a call from Chief Exec Dave Potts asking what more they could do to help. #COVID19 #thankyou

To all MPs: My piece in ⁦@DailyMailUK⁩ I never wanted to have to write this, or be forced to campaign so hard. For two years there’s been a compromise available, the principle of which was supported by ⁦@michaelgove⁩ while ⁦@DefraGovUK⁩ Secretary of State.

I'm absolutely staggered that we have politicians championing the benefits of Brexit to deliver cheaper food. We have the third cheapest supply of food in the World. Every British citizen has a right to safe, quality, affordable and sustainably produced British food. #foodforall

Fantastic piece in ⁦the Mail on Sunday by ⁦@jimmysfarm⁩ alongside ⁦@jamieoliver⁩ it’s been brilliant to see such leadership on food and farming standards from two of this countries favourite chef’s....

Thank you so much @Keir_Starmer for taking the time to visit my farm and for #BackingBritishFarming
Let's back British farmers and back high food standards.

The terrible weather suffered right across the country should be a wake up call to ALL politicians that Food availability cannot be taken for granted. Maintaining and growing the UKs ability to produce quality, safe, affordable food must be a political priority for Brexit.

Rarely do I finish a day thinking I could eat a whole cake or down a bottle of wine 😓🍷🍰 today is one such day...if another member of government tells me to be positive...think I might explode 😤

Twitter can be a force for good, but it can be cruel, unforgiving, & sometimes never allows a right of reply. This weekend has been a tough one for me to witness. If you listen to my interview on #DesertIslandDiscs I hope you’ll understand why I’m so passionate about what I do.
