- On 15/11 in 2018 we lost my brother Lt Cdr Kris Ward RN who took his life. Kris completed 160 Harrier missions in Afghanistan, saving countless coalition lives. On one occasion he saved six US Rangers from certain death. Fly high with the Angels Kris. RIP.

- Captain Daniel Read, sadly passed in January 2010 after being called out to diffuse an IED. He had previously diffused 32 IEDs
