    Utterly shocked & devastated. Diogo was not just an exceptional footballer, he was a truly decent & down to earth person. He epitomised what that team became, tenacious, passionate, talented beyond belief but also humble & hugely likeable. Thoughts & prayers to all 🙏

    Lopetegui tactical masterclass today, Lemina the deepest midfielder, Nunes forcing TAA back, Sarabia able to float & of course Neves more licence to run forward, even the timing of Moutinho/Jimenez coming on seemed near perfect. Media will focus on Liverpool, but Wolves were 👏

    Up early for the gym in deep Villa country proudly wearing Wolves 3/4 zip, delivery driver shouted out truck window “great result last night” gave a thumbs up Get in the gym & a guy goes “not another one” & there’s a guy almost in full wolves match kit 😂 What a morning 😀

    After 12 seasons covering the club & 8 full time managers/head coaches the one thing I’ve learnt is the only constant is you, the supporters. Things change, people come & go, but the journey & adventure always continues.

    Seeing all the messages and the outpouring from fans and others towards Raul is incredibly humbling and hopefully comforting to him and his family. The sense of family, community and belonging is really special and long may it continue
