Proud to work in a Canadian league, playing uniquely Canadian rules, where Canadian, American, and Global players have to work together to achieve a common goal. #CFL

Today we mourn the loss of Norman Bates, a family man who was truly defined by his devotion to his mother. #trudeaueulogies

We got the news last night that my friend and broadcast partner Chris Schultz had passed away. He suffered a heart attack. I can't find the right words to describe how much I'll miss him, the tears are in way. Miss you already Big Man.

I'm thrilled to announce I've joined the @TorontoArgos on a full-time basis. I will be adding additional content to Argonauts.ca as well as doing some work in the communications department. My thanks to @JimPoppGM and those at MLSE who made this possible. #CFL

Today marks the anniversary of the passing of two Argo giants. John Candy left us 29 years ago today, while Chris Schultz passed on this day two years ago. Both are missed. #Argos #PullTogether #CFL

It's a sad anniversary. John Candy passed away on this date in 1994. We all loved him as an actor, but to @TorontoArgos fans, this was his greatest role.

It's a sad day as we mark the anniversary of the passing of both Chris Schultz (one year) and John Candy (28 years), both loved dearly by not only Argo fans, but fans from across the league. I thank both for the great joy they brought in their own way.

Today was an incredibly emotional day as we said goodbye to Chris Schultz. My thanks to his siblings Monica and Mark for allowing us to grieve with you. Your strength was inspirational. The immense sadness eventually gave way to much-needed laughter as we shared stories after.

CFL fan: The league needs to attract younger fans! CFL: Grammy Award winner Alessia Cara will perform at halftime at the Grey Cup. CFL fan: Who? Why not Loverboy, or Platinum Blonde? Rip off! SMH

So either Phil Kessel or James Reimer will in a Stanley Cup ring. Who knew?

Thank you to all the #Argos fans who showed up at today’s Grey Cup party, and especially those of you who came to a game or 10 at BMO Field this year. Our players, coaches, and staff were a pleasure to work with, and it’s an honour to do what we do for you. Same time next year?
