League statement: The Board acknowledge the financial strain that the majority of clubs are currently under and have agreed that subscriptions for season 2020/21 will be zero, in addition the cup entry fees will be also waived.
LEAGUE STATEMENT - As per Saturday, the Board have taken the decision that fixtures this week should continue.
If we receive further instructions from either the Football Association or the Government we will then reappraise the situation accordingly.
LEAGUE STATEMENT - Following the Prime Minister’s announcement earlier this evening the Board of the Midland Football League have taken the decision to suspend all fixtures from midnight tonight until further notice.
The Midland Football League is deeply saddened by the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon.
The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.
