- Mike on the 🎤: A quick note to recruits/parents, if you are looking for a big scholarship. You can’t do one event in college, unless your marks could possibly make the NCAA D1 finals. Good student-athletes are doubling or tripling at the Power 5 level at conference meets.

- Got a chance to talk with two of the greatest 200m runners of all time. Roy “Robot” Martin 20.13 in high school, personal best for 20.05 😳and Joe DeLoach’s personal best 10.03 and 19.75 and Olympic champion in 1988. Huge honor for me.
