It's insane the amount of gaslighting and revisionist history that is taking place. I worked on those death wards and in the ICU. I was one of the first doctors to care for COVID in the US. I co-led the COVID response team at Cedars-Sinai. You will not convince me that COVID was
CDC data: over 1.2 million Americans have died from COVID I personally cared for - and lost - over a hundred of them. For the Secretary of Health to say "I don't know how many died" is outrageous. The loss is real. And denying it dishonors every family that lived through it.

I’ve talked about this before — hydranencephaly is a condition in which individuals are born without a cerebrum, or with only remnants of it. Yet, the drive to eat and related behaviors persist because they’re governed by subcortical reflexes. The fact that eating continues even

Concerns about fluoride are about EXCESS INTAKE, not typical exposure levels. The public doesn't consume amounts linked to health risks. Remember: the dose makes the poison - even water is toxic in extreme amounts.

Internet: Doctors just want to keep us sick so they can keep their jobs. Doctors: Actually, we’d love for everyone to be healthy. Feel free to replace us with AI. We’ll happily go out into the real world and out-compete the lawyers, bankers, and engineers—just like we did in

Part of the reason medicine is so $$ is because people with business degrees and no clinical experience tell everyone else how healthcare should work.
Part of the reason medicine is so $$ in the US: we pay doctors more than anywhere else, in part bc we require more schooling Why do they need to go to undergrad at all? In most countries they go directly from HS to Med School and should do the same here. Also we need more PAs

Carnivore MD no longer does Keto-Carnivore because he thinks it’s unhealthy—stemming from self-reported adverse effects of chronic nutritional ketosis. You can’t make this stuff up. What a world.

Diagnosed my first case of Trigeminal Neuralgia due to acute #COVID19. I’ve heard of ageusia and anosmia, but this is the first I’ve seen of CN5 involvement. It appears that the 🦠 hangs out in the cranial nerves? Anyone else seeing similar cases? #medtwitter #COVID4MDs

I agree with the concept of validating the safety of long-term chemical exposure, but not all chemicals are harmful. We consume H2O daily with little risk of harm.

Insurance broke me. I no longer do prior authorizations bc I do not have the time or patience. Congrats, Big Insurance. You have broken my spirit and denied patients access to necessary care.

“Obesity is a choice” is the biggest misconception we tell ourselves and our patients. Read any of the genetics or neuroscience of obesity literature, and you would quickly rid yourself of this concept. Ignorance remains an obstacle to progress.
