Last night a violent male smashed the windows of a house with a terrified mother and child inside. PD Taro tracked the male through a housing estate before chasing him through several gardens. The male gave himself up and was arrested. Thank you Taro for keeping us safe.

I think we should all take a moment out of our day to just reflect on how awesome PD Max's hair is. That is all.

With great sadness we have to report the passing of PD Max this afternoon after an illness. Although many of you will remember him for his unique hair which saw him achieve worldwide fame we remember him as he was, a fun-loving quality rummage dog. RIP Max, your duty is done.

Last night a terrified female rang 999 as she woke to find a male in her bedroom. He made off with items he had stolen as PD Turbo arrived and saw him in the street. He tried to run but Turbo chased and swiftly detained him. One in custody, and top work from Turbo and his dad.

We're sorry to have to report that RPD Tango passed away at home last night, with his handler by his side. Speaking of Tango recently his handler said: "I've loved them all equally but I've never felt safer than I did working with Tango." What better praise for a Police Dog.

Please take a moment out of your day to spare a thought for poor old Retired PD Tango. Tango took ill suddenly & was rushed into surgery, suffering from internal bleeding. Despite having a large tumour on his spleen rupture & losing nearly 3 litres of blood he's still fighting!

It is with great sadness we have to report the passing of RPD Ozzie today. Ozzie worked with his handler from 2009-2014 before retiring and becoming a loving pet. He had a brilliant career finding in excess of £100k and took a large quantity of drugs and a firearm off the streets
