1/ We welcome the Secretary of State's sensible, evidence-based decision today to ban puberty blockers, 80-90% of the youths at gender clinics are same sex attracted so this is a gay rights issue, as is a proposed study into these drugs which we oppose.

We agree and add our voice to the many condemning this ant-women public disorder. Eruptions of violence have no place in civilised politics. These ugly scenes are acts of terror and we condemn them utterly. We gay men stand with women speaking. And we will not be intimidated.

1/ Homosexual rights are based on the legal recognition of same sex attraction. A Labour government must listen to gay men and lesbians. We are not "same gender" attracted and it's time to listen to our concerns about the homophobia of extreme gender ideology.

1/ Conversion Legislation must deal with the fact 80-90% of youth at medical gender services are same-sex attracted. We cannot have a well intentioned law that accidentally criminalises Doctors who ask why this is the case. We cannot have gay conversion 2.0.

It cannot be right that in 2023 a lesbian-only public meeting is deemed unlawful in Australia. This is a shocking backwards step in gay rights and lesbian rights in particular. We at GMN stand in solidarity with the LAG and all those fighting this homophobic decision.

The waiting is over. As expected, but it is still a kick in the guts, the AHRC has rejected our application for an exemption to run a lesbian only event. Their rejection will be up on their website shortly.
