- Today’s man of the match, unfortunately no cheap shit champagne, no cheap cheap shitty trophy just a natch that the lad bought himself, well played @TomWilliams0003 2x great saves 👏👏👏
- 4-1 defeat today but nice to have the ginger assassin back and he picked up his Man of the match Natch, our season will improve l #upthedip
- The new season is almost here, tomorrow we welcome @greyfriarsafc to BBS park in @hanky_10 and @ogdendogford first competitive game in charge, we would like to thank @ashleypope82 who has decided to step down for all his work not just with the reserves but for the club in general
- So the covid cup comes to and end and congrats to the winners @BPH_Official on winning the trophy, also to there young striker Joe Banks on getting player of the tournament with @g_saunz picking up the golden boot award. Big thanks to all the refs who participated
- Back to back wins in the league for our lads today against a decent young @OfficialShireFC side. Solid performance from our lads 1st goal being credited to @YoungDanny_17 and debutant @DanLock2010 come off the bench to seal all 3 points with a fine volley.
- Successful start to the mini league.. nice to see some competitive games played in good spirits
- So in our last fixture the spoils deservedly went to Deveys who in the end were comfortable in a 3-0 victory. But the covid cup served its purpose and got us all back playing/managing football for which I’m grateful for 🙌🏻
- Apparently we only turned up for a point but we took all 3, thanks for the hospitality shame only 1 of you joined us for a beer at your own club house @wessexwanderers
- On the deserving end of a 3-2 loss today agains the better team in @FrysFC A’s.. I’ll take that. What I can’t take is people pulling out on day of game and even worse just not turning up with not so much as a text leaving 2 of the management team on the bench.. #norespect
- A youthful /mixed reserve side come from 2-0 down today to draw 2-2 away to @UpThePonds with both goals coming from @Danyoung2108. 5 x players 18 or under in the starting line up #popeyspuppies
- A proper tussle today against old rivals @HillfieldsF with us just about coming away 2-1 victors with both goals coming from @Whittzx the 2nd an absolute screamer. Great game played on good spirits by both teams and thanks to the away side for propping up our bar
- A WIN!!!!!! It’s been a long time coming but well deserved win for the lads yesterday who battled hard for the full 90 minutes and coming from 1-0 down to win 2-1 shows great character especially for a team bottom of the league…… for now!!!!! The great escape is on!!!!
