In total, we likely had about 40,000 fake followers thrown at us - over two-thirds have now been banned, with ~12,000 left. We haven't had any more today, and will try manually remove any left ourselves once @X has finished catching what they can 👍

Day three of a company creating fake followers on our account (and my own personal account.) @XSecurity does nothing despite multiple reports, tagging @ElonMusk doesn't help - overall we're left with the impression that artificial manipulation is infact sanctioned here on @X.
