You should be able to make a living as a VA without having to become a streamer, influencer or "internet personality." No shade to folks who survive and thrive in those fields, but it shouldn't be de rigueur or a barrier to entry for new talent.

Recasting happens, folks, on both the sub and dub side. If it bugs you, that's valid. But there's no reason to vent your spleen at the new VA. I've inherited roles under difficult circumstances but always felt largely welcomed by the fans. My colleagues deserve the same courtesy.
