    I sure hope Emma Raducanu making the Round of Sixteen at Wimbledon quiets her critics for a while. She’s 21 years old with a major title to her name which is a lot more than they’ve ever accomplished.

    I haven’t spent the better part of the past 22 months masking, isolating, virtual schooling my kids, supporting my wife who works on the front lines as a nurse at a hospital and following local health guidelines to accept this statement from Novak Djokovic. This doesn’t cut it.

    Nick Kyrgios says he’s great for tennis and attracts more fans to the table. I don’t think I want to be at that table tbh. At some point you have to grow up and show some ability to mature. I don’t want my kids following his current example.

    I understand why people are upset with the Aussie Open granting a medical exemption but I also struggle with the level of criticism specific to Novak Djokovic. He applied and got approved. Will other players who are medically exempt receive similar vilification?

    Felix Auger Aliassime signed tennis balls for every single kid who wanted an autograph yesterday after his @NBOtoronto practice on Centre Court. Today a motivational speech with a group of youngsters who were hanging on every word. What a role model for his young 🇨🇦 fans!

    To anyone who says the ATP can’t handle the eventual retirements of the Big 3, listen to how the crowd in Miami just erupted as Carlos Alcaraz defeated Miomir Kecmanovic. There’s always someone new to come along and capture the imagination of tennis fans. He’s one for sure.
