    Chattanooga stands in solidarity with the people of Ukraine and condemns Russia's unprovoked invasion. Our city is home to many with deep ties to Ukraine who have built communities at local markets and houses of worship. Our hearts are with them and their loved ones abroad. 🇺🇸 🇺🇦

    Congratulations to Ketanji Brown Jackson, who was just confirmed in a historic vote that paves the way for her to become the first Black woman to serve on the highest court in the nation.

    Glad to see the bi-partisan infrastructure bill head to the President’s desk. This means we’ll be able to jumpstart important projects right here in Chattanooga. Investing in our roads, bridges, and good jobs is common sense for our common purpose.

    Leslie Jordan was a Chattanooga legend and national treasure who brought joy and hope to millions, leaving behind a lasting legacy of love and acceptance. My heart goes out to his family, loved ones, and many dedicated fans. Ginny and I mourn his tragic passing with you all.

    I am deeply disappointed that women lost a fundamental right today to make choices about their healthcare. Every woman should be able to make choices about her own body. In Chattanooga, we will continue to prioritize access to safe and quality healthcare for every community.

    Last night, our city felt the terrible cost of gun violence. My heart is with the families whose lives have been upended by this horrific situation. Later today, I will address our community at a press conference. This is unacceptable - our city and our community will act.

    Grateful to share I'm now testing fully COVID negative, feeling energized, and am out of quarantine. My symptoms never did worsen—serving as valuable insight into the ability of vaccines to prevent severe illness as we continue to wage war on community spread of the coronavirus.

    This weekend kicks off LGBTQ+ History Month, a time for us to celebrate the many contributions of the LGBTQ+ community and focus on what unites us. Chattanooga is a city that embraces inclusion and diversity, and my team and I look forward to joining Sunday’s pride activities.

    Amazing turnout for pride in Chattanooga with @MayorTimKelly. We have passed marriage equality in the House. Pass it in the Senate. I said it’s not a Republican or Democrat issue. It’s a human rights issue

    A guy from Utah decides to ‘buy the rights to Chattanooga’ for USL D3. Doesn’t live there, probably never been, going to try and kill a team that already draws 4K + consistently. @FIFAcom where the heck are you!?
