Following the devastating storms in the KZN Midlands we have been visiting affected communities assessing the damage and providing relief. We have also been helped by community organizations for which we are grateful.
- I'm am grateful for the opportunity to spread a message of hope across KZN. 2024 is our year, we can bring real change to millions of people in our beautiful province.

- Upgrading our rural villages The upgrade of Field Road to black top in Zenzane Village is almost complete. One of our core focuses is upgrading and maintening infrastructure.
- Weak weak weak president!!! We are doomed with this man at the helm.
- uMngeni Municipality has installed its first back up power system for traffic lights. The system was installed in Hilton and in the coming months the system will be rolled out to other parts of Municipality. During loadshedding, our robots will now still be operational.
- Today we visited the families of those who tragically lost their lives on the Durban Beach front. One person from uMngeni died and another is still missing. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families.
- KwaShifu.... Before and after. Siyasebenza. We are working. 2.04km of road rebuilt as well as a new bridge.
- A little secret... Since taking office I get very excited about seeing big machines working. 🚜
- For the first time in years the flags are now waiving over the muncipality. Proudly uMngeni. Proudly South African.
- When we took over government in Nov 2021 we inherited many many problems including The Lions River community Hall. Contractors were owed millions and the project was unfinished. We managed to allocate funds to complete this project. Today we opened the hall for the community
