- YES Network had every angle (and all the audio) from Aaron Boone’s ejection, but this is the money shot. Shows how Hunter Wendelstedt tossed Boone … because of a fan behind the dugout. To which Wendelstedt says: "I don't care who said it. You're gone."
- Blue Jays manager John Schneider on Aaron Judge and his homer on a 100 mph heater off the inside corner: “Hopefully he gets a bad night’s sleep and has some bad food tonight or something like that. Give him credit, man, that was a ridiculous swing.”
- Juan Soto was the last player sitting on the #Yankees bench in their dugout, watching with his helmet on and a bat in his hands as the Dodgers celebrated their World Series win on the field.

- Nestor Cortes did not speak to reporters postgame because he already left Yankee Stadium, the Brewers say.
- Rougned Odor said that when he was moved to third base the other day for the first time, Anthony Rizzo told him... "Just throw the ball, I'll catch everything."
