Broken windows policing is precisely what keeps communities safe!Our office has reached out to NYPD Transit District 30 about this cruel incident on the 7th Avenue F/G Station. This sort of violent broken windows policing does nothing to keep us safe. Assaulting someone for skipping a turnstile is an abuse of power by the NYPD.
