    I’m 53. I needed proof of vaccination to start Kindergarten in August 1973. 99% of parents complied as a matter of rote. This was NEVER an infringement upon one’s liberty. America didn’t cease to be free because I ensured I wasn’t ground zero for measles. This is all BULLSHIT.

    On a personal note… Like Tim Walz and his wife, my husband and I struggled with infertility for years and also sought reproductive medical treatment. They named their daughter Hope. We named ours Grace.

    Today’s our son’s 19th birthday. Not sure how to put one foot in front of the other but I want to make this day happy if I can. You brought me nothing but joy, baby boy. Wish I could hug & kiss you 19 times & Dad would walk in & say β€œsmoochy smoochy” & we’d roll our eyes & laugh.
