LEVERAGE THE PEC: Learning how to leverage the pec during the throw can be a major unlock for a lot of players. The following progression is one that really helps teach the body how it’s supposed to utilize the pec.

What an off-season it was for @TreyBenton12 . After touch 96 once in 2022, he’s been able to:
💥 averaging 96 in lives getting up to 97.5
💥 taking gyro slider velo from averaging 85 to 88-90
💥 added wipeout sweeper
Really excited to see what he has in store for 2023.

Learning to catch the arm vs forcing deep arm or scap retraction.
Adding a dead arm into different hover variations helps with learning how to catch the arm from proper segmentation. Compared to yanking the arm back from hand break to “get deep”.
