- Finally officially diagnosed with ADHD. Mix of emotions: • relief — known next steps and improvement with meds, therapy, coaching, etc. • sadness — grieving the struggle of 28.5 years of stress & being so damn hard on myself. Big milestone, but lots of work left to go…
