Love it when my friends come in town!! Y’all @carlahall came to Dallas to eat at my new restaurant get y’all some ride or die friends who always have time for you!!!
I have never missed plating my food on @BravoTopChef but I for darn sure wasn’t happy with a component of my dish and had to move forward. Seriously you just hope they like the components on the plate more than the mistake and sometimes that’s enough to save you.
