    At least 24 people have been arrested repeatedly in Portland and released. Is it any wonder that neighboring Sheriffs won’t send their deputies in to that mess? Good for them for refusing to go. Don’t put your deputies in harms way until Portland supports their police. Wm Snyder

    Storm surge has already breached parts of MacArthur Blvd. on Hutchinson Island. Residents who need to leave must do so now. High water rescue vehicles are in route.
