- An excellent meeting with Minister @airlangga_hrt. On both sides, we're working hard for a swift ratification of our 🇪🇺🇮🇩 Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. The best deal only counts when it delivers. I want real benefits reaching real people.
- With Ambassador Greer we reconfirmed our commitment to implementing the 🇪🇺🇺🇸 Joint Statement. The big picture matters: trade in goods and services tops $2 tn, with exports growing on both sides. Work remains but we're moving in the right direction, incl. on steel derivatives.
- The EU-Singapore Digital Trade Agreement is often seen as a benchmark - and rightly so. Pleased to reconnect with 🇸🇬 Minister Grace Fu on this but also on accelerating digital collaboration with CPTPP countries and the global trade environment.
- Great to meet again with Minister @MSidhuLiberal and touch base on 🇪🇺🇨🇦 shared priorities. Our digital trade negotiations are well underway - both ambitions and opportunities high.
