- On May 16, the U.S. Senate passed the CADETS Act. Thank you, @SenSchumer for your leadership and support. The Act raises the age requirement for SIPP, which provides financial support to cadets who attend one of six SMAs and commit to a post graduation service obligation. @SUNY
