    A tattoo shop in Colorado Springs is in a dispute with a much taller apartment building next door So they decided to use their artistic skills to get back at them They painted a mural on their roof filled with d**ks for everyone in the apartments to see

    NEW: Colorado State Patrol Corporal Tye Simcox was “ambushed” while sitting in his patrol car on Hwy 36 A man drove by and unloaded his gun into Simcox’s car, then stopped on highway. Simcox was shot, but managed to grab his rifle and kill the gunman Simcox is expected to be ok

    NEW: CO Secretary of State announces 12 people in Mesa County, CO had their ballots intercepted through the mail and cast without them knowing. 3 ballots made it through the signature verification process and the votes were counted. A criminal investigation is ongoing

    A passenger on United 328 took this video of flames shooting out from the engine. Some people told me they said prayers and held their loved ones' hands as they looked out the window. Flight was on its way to Hawaii from Denver. Glad everyone onboard is safe #9News

    Denver has more than 300 marijuana shops Some neighborhoods have so many the city is now stepping in to stop more from opening in certain areas The top 5 Denver neighborhoods have 52 pot shops. For comparison, there are 50 Starbucks total in all of Denver
