This is not what they found. They found 394 Social Security numbers. Less than 70 million belong to recipients. 180 million belong to workers paying payroll taxes โ€” including non-citizens with green cards or work visas. Most of the rest belong to non-workers, especially

Fournier's claim is false and he provides no evidence to support it. While the databases do include hundreds of millions of Social Security numbers, most of those numbers belong to people who are not currently receiving benefits. There are around 68 million SS recipients. nytimes.com/2025/02/19/upsโ€ฆ ssa.gov/oact/STATS/OASโ€ฆ

    Q. Can you microwave a metal fork? A. Yes. The microwave is big enough to fit the fork, and will turn on with the fork in it if you hit the start button
Q: Can we afford a #GreenNewDeal? A: Yes. The federal government can afford to buy whatever is for sale in its own currency.

Every $1 you cut IRS funding will lose about $2 of revenue. So that means this bill would add about $30 billion to the deficit.
NEWS w @bresreports -- HOUSE REPUBLICANS' Israel aid bill is out. It offsets $14.3 billion in Israel aid with $14.3 bllion in cuts to IRS from the Inflation Reduction Act. This offset will NEVER, EVER fly. Dems will reject it out of hand. Here's the bill:

    1) Regressive 2) Expensive 3) Makes inflation worse 4) Drives Up Tuition 5) Totally Unfair 6) Leads to more bogus degree programs 7) Disproportionately benefits MDs & JDs making 6 figures 8) Does nothing for the 87% of people - disproportionately poorer - with no student debt
I still havenโ€™t heard a reason against student debt cancelation that isnโ€™t rooted in cruelty.

I very strongly support President Biden's call for a broad vaccine mandate, and think it takes real leadership to call for it. But I do think it's true that if Trump had proposed the same policy, most of left-twitter would be freaking out right now.

Amazing that we removed 1/5 of people collecting benefits and costs still went up 8%. Itโ€™s almost like that never happenedโ€ฆ
DOGE removed 12.3 million people from Social Security. The majority were over 120 years old. Some still receiving checks. $2,008 is the average monthly SS payout. Who was getting that money? Now tell me thereโ€™s noโ€ฆ EBT fraud. Voter fraud. SNAP fraud. Etc Audit everything.

Hey @Delta - did you add Palestine as a new summer route? Your customers on a Boston to West Palm Beach flight yesterday were perplexed to see your flight attendant adorning a flag of Palestine pin.
