    Today @NEJM: POINTER trial @pancreatitis_nl: immediate drainage of infected necrotizing pancreatitis does not improve outcome. In fact, postponed drainage approach: 39% only required antibiotic tx and 22% necrosectomy. Wonderful 🇳🇱 nationwide collab! nejm.org/doi/full/10.10…
