- 5 years ago today a despicable attack at Manchester Arena claimed 22 lives and changed many others forever. The city came together in compassion, love and a refusal to give in to hatred. Today we mark the fifth anniversary and remember all those affected. Their light shines on.

- At 10.31pm, five years ago today, a terrorist attack took place at Manchester Arena. The twisted motivation of the attack was to divide us and make us afraid. It didnโt succeed. We will never forget those who lost their lives or were injured and how Manchester stood together.
