This morning Magdalen died peacefully in her sleep (around 920am), surrounded by her family ❤️

- Replying to @MagdalenBernsAs many will be aware, Magdalen has been fighting glioblastoma (brain cancer) for the past year. Recent weeks have been tough: the doctors have done everything they can, but she's now moving to palliative care. 2/4
- I have such love for my sisters & our male allies. Thank you to all those who have given support to the work we have done so far in the fight to defend and advocate for the rights of those most vulnerable. We are for justice, fairness & peace. We are the feminists. The real deal.
- This week I saw my latest MRI results and the residual tumour has shrunk and is now behaving more like grade 2 than grade 3 despite fears that it was grade 3 from previous scans. I have been rejecting radio+chemo therapy since July... I am relieved to say I made the right choice.
- To be clear: Any so-called "feminist" who sees any women's only event as a problem - is part of the problem.

- babe, my cancer is incurable... I'll obvs fight all I can but the truth is I'll probably be dead within the next 5 years. it hurts; it does but that's the reality of this thing. it sucks but that's life, good people suffer and die.
