- Replying to @themichaelowenSo the referee is obliged to allow Man City some extra seconds grace to get back in position and defend,,, but he’s not allowed to give Trossard extra seconds grace between hearing the whistle & kicking the ball? Ok, gotcha.
- Michael Oliver is the same referee who gave Martinelli 2 yellow cards in the same passage of play spanning across 5 seconds. One for trying to block a throw-in & the other for a nudge in the back. Unfathomable how Kovacic is still on the pitch considering his 2 tackles.
