Coaches should not smell like alcohol or weed coming to games. I wouldn't want my kid coaches by adults who drink or smoke before games. All the freedom on your own time but to partake before you coach is a shame. Be better. Hold your programs to a higher standard

- At 1 month old, my son Sean had heart surgery. Every year he gets checked to see if he's allowed to play sports. It's an anxiety filled day but today he was cleared for his senior year. Don't take for granted any time spent playing the game you love. In our house, we don't

- 20 years ago, I gave up alcohol. That choice allowed me to have the greatest gifts ever. My family, my friends, & the opportunity to share life with wonderful kids. My family surprised me tonight with dinner. I am grateful & thankful every day. Thanks to all those who support me

- Always an anxiety filled day in my house as Sean, my 16 year old, has his annual cardiologist appointment. 16 years ago he had the 1st of 2 heart procedures. Every year we hope to get the all good so he can play. Here's to the doctors & the miracles they perform, as we get a 👍
