    But idk why we are all up on the Mateer bandwagon. Yes if he signs I’m good. But in that type of offense with QB developer that our new OC is. Why aren’t we hyping up Michael Hawkins. I’m a Hawk fan and I think he can do the job with all the right pieces around him.

    OU fans. Who gives a flying rip if a kid chooses us or not. If he don’t want to play for OU cool good for him. Give me guys that want to go to work in crimson and cream. Wish him luck and move on. Not every kid is going to sign to play here. Lol

    Another thing to take into consideration for them and the heat. They only had 71 days between the finals and start of the season. Everyone that didn’t make it that far got a ton more rest and most of those teams are still playing right now. Fresh legs.

    Brady Manek will make a push to be drafted. Dude did everything for OU and when his coach left he decided to go get another opportunity and that opportunity and work landed him in the title game and possibly a draft pick or UDFA look this season. Bet on yourself.

    Well all that barking Patterson did to get his team up for OU just got nullified by the best unit on the team getting snubbed. Baker isn't going to get touched Saturday. Them big nasties are going to be angry. I like it.

    But really truthfully. Boys spent 2 weeks celebrating Texas win and forgot what got them that victory. Being disciplined and playing hard. Reading your press clippings won’t get you wins. Gotta get back to the drawing board. You have a Bedlam next week and they gonna want it.
