I cringe when they say just be patient&disciplined. Conceptually every trader knows what to do, it's doing what u know that's the challenge💡

Good Morning World. Come into @LindaRaschke 's Trading Room Setup: The 8 screens are run off 2 separate computers. She only works off 4 screens to the middle & left. The screens run on the right hand machine are exact duplicates connected with a backup in case the main goes down.

Just met a girl in the lift who is moving out … rent got put up by 17%/month. She couldn’t find anywhere else she could afford so she has to move back in with parents … The 3rd person I met this week who are grateful they have this option otherwise it would be cardboard box

I worked with a trader this morning who is trading really well, but curiously every month there were a few days that showed significant draw downs. Turns out that it was always the week after his mother stayed for the weekend to visit .. 🤷‍♀️ Whilst he is very close to his mom, she

Another trader asked me how to handle 'boredom' when waiting for a setup. The mindset that goes along with boredom is ' feeling unsatisfied'. If you do 'boredom' trades, have a look at what you are feeling dissatisfied with in your life that you are trying to fix with trading..

Trading can be tricky... it is socially isolating, as we need to fully focus on the market, but the social isolation is a breeding ground for negative thoughts, which means they can get trapped in our minds, perpetuate and interfere with our trading performance.. 🤯 #Fruitloop
