- We are aware of footage circulating on social media of abuse directed at those taking part in the Waltham Forest #Pride event #wearewalthamforestpride and enquiries are underway. Abusing someone because of their sexual orientation or gender identity is a hate crime. (1/2)
- UPDATE: A short time ago, officers located Alliyah and Lina who were missing from Walthamstow. They're safe and their families have been informed. Thanks to those who shared our appeal. An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of child abduction. He remains in custody.
- Officers investigating footage circulating on social media of abuse directed at those taking part in a Pride event in Waltham Forest have arrested a 38-year-old woman under section 4a of the Public Order Act. She has been taken into custody at a north London police station.
- UPDATE: Missing woman Pardeep has now been found safe. Thanks to everyone who shared our appeal. Please remove any images/appeals to help restore her privacy.
