Today we remember PC Keith Blakelock who was killed on duty this day in 1985. We conducted a short service at the memorial in Muswell Hill where he served attended by DAC Taylor, Det Ch Supt Haines and many colleagues past and present Never forgotten.

- Today we remember PC Keith Blakelock who was killed in the line of duty on 6 October 1985. Long serving officers stood next to some of our newest to commemorate him and his service.

- PC Woodward apprehended a burglar tackling him to the ground following a foot chase. The burglar tried to fight with the officer in an attempt to escape. He was arrested, charged & imprisoned. PC Woodward was able to return the owner’s jewellery that was taken. #PositiveNewsStory
- This horrible knife is off the streets thanks to a stop and search by the North Area proactive teams in Tebworth Road, Tottenham N17. A man, 19, was arrested for possession of an offensive weapon. He remains in custody at a North London police station whilst police investigate.
