Six years ago today, Dario Saric played the most sunburnt game in NBA history.

Joel Embiid is gonna win the scoring title and is a top-5 defensive player in the league and isn’t gonna win MVP because another guy has a better VORP

This was after a layup to cut the lead to 2 with 8 minutes left. This team badly needed a competitive psycho and they got one.

I've just uncovered an absolutely insane stat Per NBA.com, Tobias Harris has never drawn a charge in his 5+ years as a Sixer. Not once. It has never happened.

Every Celtics loss gives me the joy of like 5 Sixers wins. I’m 5-2 in the playoffs so far. I’m already in the second round

4 years ago, Al Horford was so bad that the Sixers benched him for Furkan Korkmaz — and the team got vastly better. For him to be back on the Celtics, playing this well, and torturing the Sixers, is simply one of the most infuriating things I’ve ever experienced as a sports fan

It shouldn't be glossed over that Maxey showed up to media day and said we're setting a new standard for effort and mentality with this team, and actually brought it to fruition. Real leadership. Not a lot of guys that can pull that off Special kid. We are so lucky to have him.

The Sixers are 2-0 in their last 2 games. Tied for the best record in the league in that stretch.

Butler has been such an anomaly during his time in Philly. The defense comes and goes. The three point shot disappears and reappears. But one thing that never changes: he’s shown the hell up in every big game and every clutch situation.

Sixers have spent like 7 years searching for a guy who can play the 4 next to Embiid and also operate as a stretch 5 without the team getting obliterated in those minutes. They finally found that in Yabusele. They can't let him go.

Brett handled the absolute unimaginable shit storm that this organization threw at him for 7 straight years with nothing but class. Had his own failings but unlike many others in the organization, owned it and took responsibility each time. A good guy through and through. Respect

The Embiid v Jokic debates are over, possibly for good. Jokic just mowed down KD & LeBron while Embiid embarrassed himself yet again. Jokic’s team was tough as hell, Embiid’s team looked mentally weak against a team that is proving to be extremely mentally weak itself. It’s over.
