- Mayfield advances to the District Semifinal with a 21-0 victory over Madison. Anthony DiTomas broke Canganelli’s stolen base record and now has 35 SB on the season. He also had 4 hits. Rose went 3 for 4 and Alexander and Razzante had big HR’s. Alexander goes to 6-1 on season
- Every player in the Mayfield Starting Lineup recorded a hit (14 total) and Patrick Dinnen strikes out 9 in 5 innings as the Wildcats defeat Massillon Washington 13-1 to advance to the Macedonia District Championship on Thursday at 11:00 Nordonia HS
- Today’s 10-2 victory over Willoughby South, in the District Semifinals, gave the Wildcats their 25th win of the season tying a school record ! The 2001 Wildcats were 25-6. We currently sit at 25-3. We face Massillon Washington at 5:00 on Thursday in the District Final.
