- here is an update on 🏈. Members of MIAA FB com presented ideas on how to play 🏈 this past week to State officials, DESE & EEA. This included the new full face shield, mouth pieces attached to facemask & the use of gloves. It also covered reduction in contact drills.

- The state released updated EEA guidelines for sports today. Football will be allowed to play in the Fall-2 season. The MIAA BOD voted in August to move 🏈 to the Fall-2 season so T-Days will not happen, but this is good news for winter sports and everyone in Fall 2! #WearAMask
- NJ is moving forward! What changes are they making?NEW: I’m signing an Executive Order to allow contact drills and practices, and competitions, to resume today for high-risk sports. Practices must be held at outdoor venues ONLY. All sports will have to abide by a number of health and safety protocols.
- Pennsylvania is a go!PIAA is moving forward with start of the Fall Sports Season as scheduled.
- The MHSFCA is heartbroken to hear of the passing of Paul Funk. Paul was a champion, a dedicated coach and educator. Paul was advocate for HS sports, serving on several MIAA committees. Our condolences to family & friends
