- Absolutely delighted with this. The judgment puts women's rights back at the heart of the Equality Act
- I was pleased to give evidence in Sandie Peggie v NHS Fife today. The time will come when women don't have to defend themselves for expecting ordinary privacy and dignity. #IStandWithSandiePeggie
- This is just so lovely. Sandie Peggie and her legal team being piped into the tribunal this morning by @davidspiersiii and being greeted by a gaggle of women who wouldn't wheest.
00:00 - I have received the "remedy" judgement in my case. @CGDev has been ordered to pay over £100k in compensation for loss of earnings, injury to feelings and aggravated damages for their high-handed conduct. Thank-you to everyone who supported my case
- A lot of newspapers are showing photos of Dr Upton and Nurse Peggie side by side. It is worth remembering that Upton is 6ft tall and Peggie is 5 ft 6. This is what that looks like to scale.
- "Transwomen are men" is not only biologically true, and worthy of respect in a democratic society, it is the law.
- "I have no skills to take care of men, even if they have shaved their beards & they come & tell my secretary that they have become women. My gynaecological examination table is not suitable for examining men" This doctor in France has been suspended. 🤯

- I gave evidence in the Sandie Peggie case because the hospital board & male Dr refused to accept as findings of fact that that men are more likely to commit violent & sexual crimes, that men are more dangerous to women, so women are more heavily impacted by men in their spaces
